Refund policy

14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items & Conditions

To maintain our premium standards and hygiene protocols:

  • Items that have been opened and used cannot be returned for a "change of mind."

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not offer refunds for delays caused by customs (SARS) or courier transit times, provided the item is still in transit.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • If the unit is found to be mechanically defective, we will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at razorbuddy123@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.
